Sony Vaio Upnpframework.exe Error

When i shutdown the computer it always appear the same error, something like this:
0x0012d85a 0x00000023 upnpframework.exe error can't read memory
accept
cancel

If you know of a certain way to solve this matter, please help me i don't know whatelse to do.
