Not sure if Winfixer 2005 is gone

Winfixer 2005 popup first showed up earlier this week. After reading other posts, I ran CleanUp!, Ad-aware SE, CWShredder, Spybot S&D, Ewido Security Suite and Trend Housecall. Have had Norton SystemWorks and Personal Firewall enabled since 02/04 and Windows XP is up-to-date. Computer is still quite sluggish in opening IE and nearly every other program. Would appreciate some expert advice. Thanks in advance. :tazz:
