Click on the + sign by c
scroll down to Documents and setting and click the + sign by it
scroll down to owner and click the + by it
scroll down to desktop and click the + by it
Now you should see the folder that was created on your desktop put a check in it and then click scan

Also...the "copy.bat" is on my desktop...That's where I created it...I didn't know where I was supposed to otherwise...Is this what I scan...or the entire "C:" drive..."?

yes that folder should be on you desktop :tazz:

Click on my document and scroll down to desktop is it there

Sorry...no...It just says "My Documents"...I clicked on the plus...no desktop mention at all...it opens and there is just my contents...no Desktop anywhere to be seen

Ok...should I move the file to another location and open it...? So it can be scanned?

Minimize the E scan page. Please R I G H T click (not leftclick) the folder on your desktop then go down to properties and LEFT click look at the location......what does it say

I opened the WINDOWS...DESKTOP...but I'm not seeing it...hmmm

Do you mean the whole "Desktop' folder...because it's not listed individually under the open folder in the list...so the whole thing then?
