Looks like we need to do this in safemode.Dont worry if this goes well you shouldnt have any problems with intell32

Please reboot into safe mode Safe mode(continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).

Click start>run and type command now type

del c:\windows\system\wininet.dll

del c:\windows\system\oleext.dll

copy c:\windows\desktop\wininet.dll c:\windows\system


Reboot and tell me how it went ~ fingers crossed ~

I was wondering...couldn't I just go to the online scan and try and have it fix the original DLL...the one in the system folder...?

Oh, real quick...this is the first I've ever seen of "MS DOS Prompt" screen...where di I type it at...and how...what line and do I use spaces or immediately after the flashing prompt, in order? Do I use the space bar...Sorry...I just want to get it right...:tazz:

Ok lets try it open a command prompt (Click start>run and type command)

now in the black box do you see the blinking cursor

Yes...it says:

C:\WINDOWS\Desktop> (the cursor is right after this)

now type in del c:\windows\system\intell32 then hit enter

It should say file not found........this directs the computer to delete the file intell32 in the C drive ,windows directory ,system folder ,then the file
