I had a link to a good hardware site that reviewed PSU's, and gave the dB's for noise.
Can't find it by google, got tired of looking.
I think it may have been a retailer's site, that did really good reviews but I'm not sure.
If you know of one that does include "noise" info, I'd appreciate a link...
