Help - new to this.

Have received an email from [email protected] re MyDoom Virus

Is this genuine and should I download the digitally signed attachment?

Delete it, it's a virus. Microsoft will never send you an attachment. To see if your computer is up-to-date with critical patches visit Windows Update:
