Hi...trying to fix on my own...I can't get any help. Does the above program work well Vs. all the others?

All the other stuff I've downloaded doesn't seem to work...I's like to try this if it's woth it. For the following:

Intell32/PSGuard

Also...if the above causes problems...what does "Fixsfc" do...if anything...? Could this be some sort of "companion" piece?

That is...should THIS be downloaded as well...?

Please...ANYONE can answer to this...seriously...ANYONE with experience...good OR bad...let me know...I'm desperate!
