Missing E Drive

My e drive is not listed in my computer and I am unable to load a disk. I viewed the properties of the e drive and it says Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)

I'm not savvy with computer jargon so if you can help me with this problem please keep that in mind. Thank you for your help.
