Can you please run the Vundofix.exe and allow it to extract the files again. It seems as though it didn't extract properly.

After running the exe again please post a list of the files in the vundofix folder again

I did as you asked. Here are the files listed in that folder:

The reason there is a hijackthis.log in this directory is because this time, I changed the path of the hijackthis.txt report to save it in the folder for vundofix.

Just another point -- the bsod does not occur on my system when you exit the killvundo.bat. Likewise, in the instructions that were given to me by didom, it says that I will be able to enter two paths to delete:
C:\windows\system32\jkhfd.dll and C:\windows\system32\dfhkj.*

The way killvundo.bat works on my system is that it only allows for one path to be run before the hijackthis starts. When I am finished with the hijackthis and I go back to the killvundo.bat window, when I hit enter it goes away. So in other words, I'm only able to run one path at a time. All of this is irrelevant I guess since I can't delete this file because it seems to have attached itself to a system program and until that program is stopped it won't let me delete the file.

Download and install CleanUp!

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):

• Empty Recycle Bins
• Delete Cookies
• Delete Prefetch files
• Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.

It may ask you to reboot at the end, click NO.

Then, please run this online virus scan: ActiveScan

Copy the results of the ActiveScan and paste them here along with a new HiJackThis log and the vundofix.txt file from the vundofix folder into this topic.
