TrojanHunter can't locate D:\ ?!?

I've run the free version of TrojanHunter a few times over the last week. Each time, it shows I'm clean of trojans yet it has an error message stating that it can't locate D:\.

What are the consequences of this (maybe that, as I've noticed the past few years, my D-drive doesn't work properly)?

How can I fix this?

Thank you!
