I am new to this and don't know to much about computers so this may be difficult. But I have noticed that I am not receiving my windows updates also I get a microsoft error when turning on computer. When going to microsoft website it says getting needed updates but then freezes immediately, so I am unable to manually download. Microsoft told me to run housecall and I came up with BKDR ADBREAK.D and TROJ DLOADER.JU and said was non cleanable. I was told that I needed to complete wipe out everything and start over. I am wanting to know if there is anyway to just remove these?

Hi K. Welcome to GTG. :tazz:

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide. Also see this post.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Topic closed. Triplicate post.
