ok this may take a while....

ok i restarted my computer and when it came on it said somthing like "NSTC not found". and it gave me the option to boot up from a cd.

but since i did not recive a xp pro cd with my computer i used my brothers xp home (big mistake) and now i have 2 operating systems.

i cant seam to find a way to uninstall xp home any ideas?

btw the NSTC thing is fixed now.

There are a couple of ways to approach this. Probably the easiest way (unless disk space is a real issue) is to select a default OS. To do that, go to Control Panel (Classic View) and double click on "System"...From the "Advanced" tab choose "Settings" under "Startup and Recovery"...in the drop down menu, select the operating system you want to start and click "Ok"...Exit Control Panel and reboot.

Option 2 involves editing system "ini" files. I'd try the first option first.

ok the first one sounds good. but now i started to like xp home, but all my data is on xp pro, any way i can transfer it all?
