I always keep spyware off my computer when possible, running these three programs daily. Recently I went away for a few days and came back to my computer running at about 20% normal speed. Everything runs, just SLOW, it takes forever to load programs, and then forever to run them.

I ran AVG and it found about 40 infected files, but this still didn't fix the problem. I'm at my wit's end, I've tried everything I know, and now I'm asking for help.

Here is my Hijackthis log file:

I also tried system restore twice.

I'm about to reformat the harddrive, I have exhausted all options, unless someone here knows something.
