I feel violated, but cant stop it

im not sure what I have done but I need serious help....My computer has become infected with spyware of all types...180 search assistant just to name one and then numerous others that are destroying my computer...and im pretty sure they pass out invitations to others that are killing my cpu....My computer has started just shutting down whenever it wants and sometimes it will have a pop up that explains it is shutting down in 60 seconds...It will say Remote Procedure call terminated or something of the like....long story short, I have run numerous anti spyware things and they help, but havent cured and this stuff is like a disease that if not cured simply spreads ....I am asking for help basically because I am out of ideas...I would appreciate all efforts...Thanks.
