IE6 - Blank Popup windows

After installing SBS 2003 on my server and setting up my account and laptop as clients, IE6 (part of the client setup) no longer allows popup window links - blank and unclickable window appears. I can't find any ad/malware
Any help would be most welcome

After several hours and help from Microsoft XP SP2 team it turned out to be a case of re-registering urlmon.dll after repairing windows protected files. Follow microsoft's KB281679 article
