Hello & greetings to everyone from Australia. :)
My name is Bob and I am Scottish but now live on the east coast of Australia, I am 62 years of age, and I enjoy using my P.C..
My problem is that I scan online with Norton anti-virus which tells me I have no infected files and my Ad Aware Se also confirms that, but when I run Bitdefender free edition it tells me I have 50 infected files with the trojan download agents BC & BQ, I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get rid of them, but all to no avail, and while searching for the removal tools I came accros your website, and thought that someone might just be able to help me, I am not very computer literate but I just get by, hope to hear from someone soon please have a great day

Hello Scottish Bob And Welcome to Geeks to Go :tazz:

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
