Hi and welcome to GeeksToGo! My name is Sam and I will be helping you. :tazz:

I need to see a different type of log from Hijackthis.
Open Hijackthis, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
Next to "Generate StartupList log", place a check next to "List also minor sections" (full) and "List empty sections (complete).
Then click "Generate StartupList log"
Click "Yes" to the box that pops-up.
Then copy and paste the notepad text that appears to this topic.

Dear Buckeye Sam, Thank you so much for your offer of help. I also in desperation e-mailed a national computer magazine in England and they have offered to help so they can write up the process. They are majoring on spyware at the moment. So, thanks so much but I hope it may be sorted soon.
