I have a HP xt963 that wont power up not to bios or nothing. The light is on in back for the power supply and the cpu fan runs so I dont believe its that. I have isolated it to the CPU or Motherboard. Any ideas which it could be? Where do I get first a new CPU or MB.

Thanks in Advance John

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. You could try removing all of the ram and then boot up. If you don't hear beep codes the motherboard is bad (this assumes your system speaker is working).
