I am trying to create an autorun CD and also trying to find a way to stop an application from being copied off a computer and than run on another. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The autorun part is pretty simple and you can find tutorials on Google, of all places. You basically need to make a bootable cd, then make an autorun.inf file, most any autorun cd you have will show you how it's done.

The noncopying of the .exe file is a bit more complicated. On thing you could do is install it with a self extracting installer that can only be opened, not downloaded, from a web page. It will need to delete any temp files when the installation completes. It can get a lot more complicated, such as identifying some aspect of the machine, such as the ProductKey or Mac Address in the process of installation so that if you move it to another machine it won't open.
