When starting Win XP Pro, Internet Explorer comes up trying to access the "210.112.166.7" website. I close the action and it doesn't come up again until I start up. I've run Spybot, AdAware, Norton anti virus, and Eacceleration Stop Virus programs but it still keeps coming up.
What can I do???
