Download a program called memtest86.. Put it on a floppy and let it run.. the longer the better..

ran memory check program as requested. I let it run all night and rec'd no errors.

How many sticks of ram is installed??

Every error you are getting refers to either a bad device driver or bad memory..

Just came back to add this: I went to the event viewer as I am getting the blue screen every 20 min or so and everytime the error under system says:

The following failed to load DumaNT

Not sure if this helps.

Yep.. remove 1 stick and run memtest.. If all checks out, replace the test stick with the one you removed and run it again..

Let the test run for 5 or 6 passes minimum..

Ran mem test the way you asked. Something interesting when I reconnected, I ran the dsl line directly from the dsl modem to my computer and could not find the internet. When I reconnected to my wireless router (a DL-524) and then cabled to the computer it finds my homepage right away. Could this lead to another possiblity?

How much memory do you have in your system?

on post 23 you'll see I have two sticks of 512mb

Fwcore.sys is a firewall. In fact it is the firewall that belongs to eAcceleration's Stop Sign AV.

Have you tried uninstalling that firewall.

They have an uninstaller you can get to from add or remove programs.
