Sorry been a little busy. Nothing really on your mwav scan. just pointing to a bunch of invalid registry entries . Nothing malicious that I see. lets try one last scan. Are these popups from media. fastclick?

Please download WebRoot SpySweeper from HERE (It's a 2 week trial):
  • Click the Free Trial link under to "SpySweeper" to download the program.
  • Install it.
  • Once the program is installed, it will open.
  • It will prompt you to update to the latest definitions, click Yes.
  • Once the definitions are installed, click Sweep Now on the left side.
  • Click the Start button.
  • When it's done scanning, click the Next button.
  • Make sure everything has a check next to it, then click the Next button.
  • It will remove all of the items found.
  • Click Session Log in the upper right corner, copy everything in that window.
  • Click the Summary tab and click Finish.
  • Paste the contents of the session log you copied into your next reply.

Nothin. :tazz: Is media. fastclick the only popup you are recieving.

Lets check some hidden areas

* Please click this link to download Silent Runners.
* Save it to the desktop.
* Run Silent Runner's by doubleclicking the "Silent Runners" icon on your desktop.
* You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done yet, just let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
* Once you receive the prompt "All Done!", double-click on the new text file on the desktop and copy that entire log and paste it here.

*NOTE* If you receive any warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.

.Well here we go again :tazz: :) Maybe the active scan will find something
Is there any site that your visiting that keeps doing this. If there is can you PM me the link. I would like to check it out. Hang in there we will figure this out :)

Please print these instructions out for use in Safe Mode

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to extract the files
  • This will create a VundoFix folder on your desktop.
  • After the files are extracted, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode then hit enter.
  • Once in safe mode open the VundoFix folder and doubleclick on KillVundo.bat
  • You will first be presented with a warning and a list of forums to seek help at.
    it should look like this

    VundoFix V2.1 by Atri
By pressing enter you agree that you are using this at your own risk
Please seek assistance at one of the following forums:
    http://www.atribune.org/forums
    http://www.247fixes.com/forums
    http://www.geekstogo.com/forum
    http://forums.net-integration.net

  • At this point press enter one time.
  • Next you will see:

Type in the filepath as instructed by the forum staff
Then Press Enter, Then F6, Then Enter Again to continue with the fix.

  • At this point please type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!):
    • C:\WINDOWS\system32\tuspm.dll

  • Press Enter, then press the F6 key, then press Enter one more time to continue with the fix.
  • Next you will see:

Please type in the second filepath as instructed by the forum staff
Then Press Enter, Then F6, Then Enter Again to continue with the fix.

  • At this point please type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!):C:\WINDOWS\system32\mpsut.*

This will be the vundo filename spelt backwards. for example if the vundo dll was vundo.dll you would have the user enter odnuv.*
  • Press Enter, then press the F6 key, then press Enter one more time to continue with the fix.
  • The fix will run then HijackThis will open.
  • In HiJackThis, please place a check next to the following items and click FIX CHECKED:O2 - BHO: MSEvents Object - {6DD0BC06-4719-4BA3-BEBC-FBAE6A448152} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\tuspm.dll
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: tuspm - C:\WINDOWS\system32\tuspm.dll

  • After you have fixed these items, close Hijackthis and Press any key to Force a reboot of your computer.
  • Pressing any key will cause a "Blue Screen of Death" this is normal, do not worry!
  • Once your machine reboots please continue with the instructions below.
Download and install CleanUp!

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):
  • Empty Recycle Bins
  • Delete Cookies
  • Delete Prefetch files
  • Cleanup! All Users
Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.

It may ask you to reboot at the end, click NO.

Please run this online virus scan:
Panda Active Scan You need to use Internet Explorer for this scan.
  • Once you get to the Panda site, scroll down a bit and click on Scan your PC
  • A new window will appear; click on Check Now!
  • A new window will appear; fill in the boxes (Country, State, email addy)
  • Click on Scan Now! >
If you have never used ActiveScan before, you will be prompted to install an ActiveX control (asinst.cab) : click on Install. Panda will install the component, and then install the latest signature files.
  • From "Select a device to scan...", choose "My Computer"
  • Allow the scan to run. It'll take a while.
  • When complete, click on "See Report", and then on "Save report"; save it to a convenient location.
  • I will need you to post that report in your next reply; simply open the text file, then copy/paste the content here.
Copy the results of the ActiveScan and paste them here along with a new HiJackThis log and the vundofix.txt file from the vundofix folder into this topic.

Thanks :)

Yes, :) here we go again. Below find the requested logs. Again, as before, after doing the HJT Fix,closing HJT did not force a reboot of the computer, and I did not get the "Blue Screen of Death". I rebooted manually.
I sent a PM of the link with most popups. It was www.jigzone.com
Did you figure out why my typing is so mixed up? (See post #32)
Also - off this subject - I posted another topic about my other computer on 9-24.
I Ttt'd yesterday. I have gotten no response as yet.

there doesnt appear to be too much in your other log. would you like to work both logs in this thread or do you want 2 seperate threads?

I have pm a tech about the Keyboard issue and I will let you know when they respond

Click here to download Pocket Killbox by Option^Explicit

Now open pocketkillbox Select the option "Delete on reboot"and select "Unregister .dll before Deleting"
Now highlight and 'copy' (Ctrl + C) the entire list of filepaths below:
Click 'File' on the killbox menu at the top and choose 'Paste from clipboard'
The entire list should now be in the "Full Path of File to Delete"
field. To check, click on the dropdown-arrow next to that field.
If you expand it, these lines should all be there

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\awtut.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\byvsq.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\byxvw.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\byxwx.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\cbayw.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\cbayx.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\cbxvv.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\efcaa.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\efccy.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fcyvv.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fcyxx.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gebbc.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\jkhhf.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\jkhhh.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\jkkih.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ljhfe.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ljhif.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mljjg.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nnnno.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\opnkk.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\opnlj.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\pmkkh.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\rqonm.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\rqopq.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\rqrpo.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\rqrqn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ssqqn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\tusrs.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\tustr.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ursqr.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ursrs.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\vtuus.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\xxyyw.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yayab.dll

Then press the red button with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be deleted on next reboot, click YES.When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, click YES.

Now download a new vundo fix and repeat the steps in the last vundo fix I gave you

I'd prefer to keep the two threads separate. It will be less confusing for me. :tazz:
I'll work on this new fix tomorrow and get back to you. Thanks.
You sure are a night-owl!! :)

:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :tazz: :)

So, I ran killbox - no problem. (Long list BTW)

Now I am unable to run in Safe mode. When the message that asks if you really want to use Safe mode, the box disappears in about 2-3 seconds - doesn't give you time to reply. Then the screen stays black (The words Safe mode stay on the screen). I have attempted to do this several times - same results.

HJT log in case it will help:
