Closing Browser Taking Too Much Time

Hello,

I hope you can help me with this problem.
Today I started having trouble closing any IE6 browser window. When I click on the X (or select close from the menu) nothing happens and after almost a minute the browser finally closes. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
