Blue Screen problem

I had a serious spyware/adware problem. Popups were coming out of the woodwork. I restarted my computer in safe mode and ran adaware. After that was through I simply went through my program files and deleted anything that shouldn't have been there.

now when I turn on my computer and try to do a normal windows startup I get this messge

"Basic Blue screen yabber"

please help!!!
