Doesn't look like that's going to work either since you need a regular XP CD to create it.

unfortunately, with that exhausted... you have very few options. Without being able to boot to some sort of removable media, you are extremely limited in what you are able to do. You may want to start a topic in our hardware forum, as this appears as though it may be a hardware issue
