What about this new error that occurs when Windows Internet Explorer has to shut down? What is it?
Do you recommend purchasing one of the downloads listed on Geektogo.com to fix these problems?

What is the new message concerning the new .dll? (copy and paste all of it)..
Try going to Start>Run Type in msconfig and press enter
Click on the Start-up tab .. take a look in there for the toolbars.. If you find them, un-check them, apply and okay out..
You will have to re-boot.. When it starts, you will get a message stating you are in Selective Startup (or something similiar).. just close that for now..
Now try removing the programs/toolbars

Murray, yes to your question. As for the screen shot, I cannot get it to copy to the reply box. Can I email a word doc to you? Dave

The screen says: Microsot Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Murray, should I consider purchasing one of the error fixes from above on this page? If so, which do you think will best fix this problem?
