Having the same problem as some of the previous threads, except none of the files couldn't be found. Could it be because I run Windows XP Tablet Edition 2005?

Note that this is a Tablet PC and some of the processes are Tablet PC essentials. See TabletPCBuzz forum's Common Toshiba (m200) background programs for some details (if that helps).

And one last thing: When I run Windows in SafeMode, sometimes the desktop icons and taskbar will appear, but often times not. I dunno how to get things running in such a state (when they don't appear, although the Task Manager manages to run, though).
