Actuall I was going to ask the same question !
If you are in the UK now as far as I am aware there are only .co.uk ones now unless you previously had a .com
Can someone please confirm this !

If you click Hotmail then sign up from msn.co.uk then it has .co.uk and if you change your location to US then it changes to .com, however, changing your location on the form without emigrating would be very very naughty
If you click hotmail then sign up from msn.com then change your location from USA to UK then it stays at .com
If you click hotmail then sign up from msn.com then change your location from USA to UK then it stays at .com
