shortly - an popup window comes up to screen every 10-15 minutes, minimazing every other aplication (MS office, games, MS Mediaplayer, etc) giving some info aout how doomed I am for having malware and pointing some kinks to get it removed. All lead to a search page, with nothing on it!!! (I can put the link here)
I've done everything you sugested (cleanup, intsaling and runing panda av, spybot - search and destroy SE, etc) but with no result (actually Cleanup cleaned my default win xp theme), Trojan hunter didnt help too
