yea..i seem to have slight problems when i use my computer for at least an hr. the problem is that i cant click "my computer" and "desktop" like for example, clicking on my computer itself will open the window but it will freeze or when i click open in programs and goto my computer it will freeze that program.

the other problem also happens when i use to computer too long, the running programs will not close it will just say not responding and i cant open up task manager to close it. and i cant open any programs from desktop but i can from start menu. and on internet explorer, im able to type an address but i cant press enter or click on "go" to goto that site.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

hopefully theres nothing wrong now... i reformatted once again and did exactly what the post said earlier

?!?! ...... well... i did goto the sp1a site and went to express installation, then it lead me to windows update and the only option was to download sp2 so i assumed sp1a...is inside sp2 -.-.....
