I have mcafee virus protection through AOL and it will not get rid of the W32/alemod.e.dll virus. I tried -

Cleanup
Ad-Aware SE
CW Shredder
Ewido Security Suite
Hijack This
Spybot S&D

I think the virus is causing internet connection to connect at speeds like 9600 and my modem makes strange noises. I tried the winsock XP fix. Nothing will get rid of
it. What do i do?
