My computer appears to be infected with ad-ware popups appear mre frequently while i am on the net but also when i am not connected to the internet. Also and even worse my computer has what it described as a trojan virus which appears to have overwritten? my programmes on my computer for example 'word'. Can you help? PLEASSSSE!
