ok lets go in and chek page setup in word what is the paper size you are set to?
Then if you know how go to the properties of your printer and check what the paper size is in there. There is normally more then one place in the printer properties (depends on printer )chek the paper tab and also see if there is an advanced tab and look for paper sizes in there
