heya. when i make a page border on ms office it appears alrite in the normal view..but the in the print view the bottom of the page margin doesnt appear..ive tried tweaking with the margins on both the page border and actual page...but still nothing..i could really use the help( ps i checked ms troubleshooting and tried everythin in ther).....pls reply asap...thanx alotz

how did you make the page border

2002...format>borders and shading>page border..then picked a border..and thats it

well it actually looks all rite on the screen only when it print s..i have alexmark all in one x6100

When you go back to where you set the border up
On the bottom right hand corner it has a drop down box
apply to , whole document. this section etc.
What happens if you change this to one of the other options (try them all)

Are you running all the latest updates for microsoft office?
as well as windows updates they have office updates
