My desktop is bright blue and has a warning system is infected plus this icon which is a red circle with an x in it keeps popping up whic says windows has detected spyware infection click here to protect you computer from spyware which then downloads SpySheriff!

I have tried ewido kaspersky adaware and trojan hunter but nothings getting rid of this thing plz help! thank you
