The printer is installed and prints. However the lines (letters) are printed on top of each other. One line for example will print three times in a row, half a line down. I have searched everywhere and don't know what to do. Please help me!!! :tazz:

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. Most printers have some diagnostics, setup or maintenance options that you can check by going to start, printers and faxes, properties. Take a look at those for a possible fix. Also a good place to start would be to review the printer manual. You can probably download one at hp/compaq if you don't have one.

Click HERE for support page for your printer.

Please make sure that you have most recent driver installed and you align the print heads.
