Windows XP Home Shuts Down For no reason

Hi , i have a HP PAVILION DESKTOP Windows XP HOME SP2 and it shuts down for no reason and when i log back into windows it says: 'Microsoft Windows The system Has Recovered From a Serious error A log of this error has been Created'

Whats Happening to my PC ?? :tazz:

check your event viewer that should tell you what had happened.
