I downloaded Error Nuker to try and fix some registry problems on my old WIN98 sys. I paid for this program and ran it once. I then ran Spybot S&D and it found "Blue Nuker Malware". When I hit fix, It deleted Error Nuker prog.
I contacted Error Nuker and told them about this and they responded that they have no spyware or malware in their software and are having discussions with Spybot S&D about falsely identifying the malware. They told me to un-check the Spybot results and continue using the prog. They also said they would refund my money if I wanted.
Who should I believe or trust?
I feel I was "conned" by Error Nuker.
Any thoughts?
