When I try to start up my computer with the Win98 boot disk, it doesn't work. I've tried many of thing to try to get it to load but now I'm stuck! The floppy drive sounds like it starts to load it but then it stops. I don't even make it to the option of if I want cd rom support or not. Any Ideas?

Hi Energizer...Welcome to G2G!

Bad floppy disk?? Is this one made from your machine or a downloaded version? I would suggest trying a different start-up disk. You can download one HERE. Download the OEM disk for your version of Windows.

Also check your BIOS settings to see that the floppy drive is set as First Boot Device.
