I need help. I was following the tromboneman thread who had the same problem I believe.

My Norton antivirus indicates I have the hclan32.exe in the c:\windows\system folder. I also have a baloon that indicates that my computer might be at risk and to "click here".


I have tried every step and used adaware, spybot, trojanhunter, adwareaway, etc, and even cleanup!.

What I have noticed is that after starting my computer, norton does not find the hclean32.exe until I start InternetExplorer. Then it gives screens saying it can't repair or remove.
