banq dvd problem

I just got a new computer with benq dw1620 (or i tought so). it showed in device manager as ATAPI (something) 2x16x4x16. I upgraded firmare using WinDWFlash and B7S9.svc
Now it shaws as BENQ DVD DD DW1620 B7S9
When i try to wach a dvd movie ccomputer crashes whan i try to go to menu.

Event viewer says: The device, \Device\CdRom0, has a bad block.
