Hi. I've got a home network which consists of 2 computers(computer A and B) and a laptop. Computer A and the laptop can detect each other and share files but Computer B just doesnt recognise that it is part of the network!

Computer A and the laptop are running windows Home; computer B is running xp pro - could this be the problem? I'm just trying to share files, nothing fancy.

My setup is i have a wireless adsl modem/router connected downstairs and the two comuters are sat upstairs in different bedrooms. They both use a linksys wireless card and they both can connect to the router.

I've tried running the xp network set up a million times and it doesnt seem to have worked.

I've run out of ideas......

Can anyone help?

Ok so you have 3 computers connected to a wireless adsl modem/router?
What brand is the router/modem?
What brand wireless cards do you have in the desktop computers?
What brand wireless cards do you have in the laptop?
Is the File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks service running?
