When I boot in to safe mode I can use the keyboard, it dose not respond. I can not work out why this is so. I have a realy basic keboard so the defaul driver should suport it.

It could be that when in Safe Mode, the computer may have disabled some drivers.

Is it possible that you are using a USB keyboard? In that case, FreddieKrugerGuy is correct, that driver is disabled in Safe Mode.

My Keyboard is not USB conected, my mouse is USB and it works in safe mode. Any other reason that it is not working?
