Hello.

This image displays my problem: http://upl.silentwhi...ysProcesses.jpg

This has been going on for several weeks. I'm not sure exactly when it started, but it's been very aggravating. I've done many various virus scans, but this problem hasn't been fixed yet. The problem is the many processes with a blank name, symbols (chinese?) as their name, and some with just □ or other shapes as the name. I don't know what could've caused this, but I would appreciate any help in resolving this problem.

Hi NathanM...Welcome to G2G!

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

I don't know why, but currently I'm having problems opening the .exe for spybot and adaware... I've never had this problem before. I've restarted a couple of times yet they still aren't running. :tazz:

NathanM...

That would be consistent with a malware infection...please follow the instructions in my previous post. Download and install (as per instructions found on the malware forum) HiJackThis and post a log to That forum. The experts there are very good at getting issues like this sorted out.
