Hi, I have the same problem of Winfixer too. I used Microsoft Antisypware and Ewido, but none of them worked. Someone please help me. I would appreciate it.

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):

• Empty Recycle Bins
• Delete Cookies
• Delete Prefetch files

Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.

Then, please run this online virus scan: ActiveScan

I want you to download and run another tool.
You must have administrative rights to run this tool.

Download FxBeagle tool.
Save it to the desktop.

Close all the running programs before running the tool.

If you are on a network or if you have a full-time connection to the Internet, disconnect the computer from the network and the Internet.

• Double-click the FxBeagle.exe file to start the removal tool.
• Click Start to begin the process, and then allow the tool to run.
• Restart the computer.
• Run the removal tool again to ensure that the system is clean.

When the tool has finished running, you will see a message indicating whether the computer was infected.

Let me know what it says and post me a fresh HijackThis log made in normal mode.

You can remove the tools we used:
FxBeagle tool
stinger
vundofix (exe and folder)
HijackThis.

You can keep Cleanup! and run it every once in a while to clean out temporary files.

Please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:

• Disable and Enable System Restore. - If you are using Windows ME or XP then you should disable and re-enable system restore to make sure there are no infected files found in a restore point.

• Make your Internet Explorer more secure - This can be done by following these simple instructions:
  • From within Internet Explorer click on the Tools menu and then click on Options.
  • Click once on the Security tab
  • Click once on the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted.
  • Click once on the Custom Level button.
    
    • Change the Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt
    • Change the Download unsigned ActiveX controls to Disable
    • Change the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable
    • Change the Installation of desktop items to Prompt

    • Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt

• Install Spybot - Search and Destroy - Install and download Spybot - Search and Destroy with its TeaTimer option.
