Zone Alarm Problem

For the past 2 days I've be getting a new Network Found Message coming up. What does this mean?????
I only have one computer and I am the only user. Its making reference to IP ADDRESS: 169.254.0.0/255.255.0.0 and it says its a PRIVATE NETWORK DETECTED. I have no clue what this is!!!! Can I delete this IP ADDRESS from Zone Alarm????

Yes you should not have that network in ZoneAlarm, it is the windows default IP adress and dose not work. And a tip get rid of zonealarm, though very good it messes up a lot and also slows down your coputer. I have Kerio personal edition and it is just as good, and not quite as annoying.
