Hey,

I just posted this topic to see if anyone had any news about Halo 2 coming to PC, as I have read old reviews and stuff that said that it is never going to come to PC. And as I love Halo 1 so much I really would like to find out or get an idea of when the second one is out on PC.

Thanks all :tazz:

Maybe it never will, its possible that Halo 3 could come out on PC as its is more up to date engine wise compared to halo 2.

Halo 2 will never be released for the PC. That has been confirmed by Bungie numerous times. Be thankful, if you saw how Halo:CE PC turned out I don't need to tell you why. God awful port.

And the engine is designed for slower hardware they had to un optimise halo and try and enhance it so PC people would get it. It was badly done some bits they did well in the port but it was alot of the extra bits they should have concentrated more on the engine itself and the gameplay it sucks. Its so obvious its a console port, they were really lazy they didnt even change the menus.
