Sorry I have no log to send you.

This a Compaq now runing XP sp2.

Every time I try to boot I get errors with xpsasppp.exe - crashes
And the process monitor shows runonce is the only process running.
The entire system tray is busy. i.e. the mouse icon changes to hour glass.

I said above that now it is running sp2 because I was able to repair install sp2.
But I still can completly boot.

To me looks like there is a startup program that is causing the problems.

So now the only way I can boot is in safe mode. Can I install any of your programs while in safe mode??

Where do I go from here?
I was hoping that installing sp2 would solve the problem! But no so.
