accidentally put in 2003 date on a system restore in xp. restarted to complete but IBM/windows startup launches into a continuous loop..groundhog day over & over. Hope you get the picture. Used F11 but would not allow me to opt out, or correct the mistake of an insane 2003 system restore. I can't get :tazz: to my desktop, safe mode doesn't seem to offer any good options...Could someone please help...Thanks bunches maryellen999

Try system restore to undo the last restore or choos another restore point

You can use this to start the restore point at a command prompt
