HAVING PROBLEMS WITH JAVA(DOWNLOADING)

I keep getting this error which says internal error 2755. I don't understand it. Everytime I try to download java it pops up. I use windows xp if that helps at all.

The Windows Xp Service Pack 1 has been known to cause errors during installation of software. If the error numbers you showed in your post is coming up more specifically as something like "Internal Error 2755. 1624 ..." then one solution is to uninstall SP1 first then install your java software, then reinstall SP1.
